A Fun, Interactive, Practical Workshop to Learn Effective Parenting Skills
As Marriage and Family Therapists and Moms, we often get asked "How can I discipline my child and keep my cool?" "What are the most effective ways to address a bad attitude?" "What do I do when my kid argues with everything I say?" "How can I get on the same page with my co-parent?" "These tantrums are killing me!" You asked, and we are ready to answer!
Erika Labuzan-Lopez, MA, LMFT, LPC and Melanie Graves, MA, LMFT have paired up to present: Keep Calm & Parent with Purpose! We will provide you with practical skills and help you gain insights into your own parenting. You will walk away from the workshop feeling more confident with the tools you have to pull from and how to integrate them into your parenting style.
In the workshop, you will learn:
-How to keep calm in stressful parenting situations
-Tools, tips, and resources to incorporate healthy and effective discipline in your home
-How to develop a parenting plan that everyone can agree on
Plus, we will be:
-Recording a follow up video to answer any lingering questions you have after the workshop
-Spending one on one time during the workshop to help you fill out discipline and parenting plans for your specific situation
-Providing you with handouts and materials to take home and utilize with your family
